How to link email to JAMB profile or portal

See the steps for linking your eMail to the Jamb portal and obtaining your E-facility login information.

Following the conclusion of the JAMB UTME, many candidates who wish to perform one or more activities on the JAMB e-facility portal have been unable to login due to a lack of log in details.

Candidates will be required to provide their email addresses, which must be linked to the JAMB portal, in order to log in to the JAMB portal. However, many candidates’ email addresses are not linked to the JAMB portal because JAMB prohibited the use of email addresses during JAMB registration. This is to prevent fraudsters from stealing candidates’ email addresses and using them to commit fraud.

Regardless, JAMB has also made it official for candidates to link their email addresses to their JAMB profiles and obtain login information for the JAMB portal. We’ll walk you through the steps right here.

How to obtain your JAMB e-facility Portal login information

An example is shown in the image below.

1. As an SMS, send Email (space) ‘your email’ (space) ‘your email’ to 55019 or 60019.

(Note: it should be with the same Sim card you used to register, and you should have up to N50 in airtime.)

2. After sending the SMS, you will receive an email from JAMB with your login information.

If a candidate forgets or loses his or her password, the candidate can reset it on their registered cell phone by texting [password] space [email address] from the same mobile number to 55019 or 66019.

The procedure outlined above is how a candidate can successfully obtain his or her login information for the JAMB E-facility Portal.

If the steps above don’t work, kindly visit any CBT centre so you can easily do that.

Keep in mind that JAMB exams usually have specific registration periods, so keep an eye on the JAMB website or any other official channels for updates and information.
