For your account to be eligible, you must have used up all of your pin requests and it has been 30 days since you sent the last pin.

- Copy and paste the following url into the address bar.
- Fill in your name exactly as it appears on your account.
- Enter your publisher ID.
- Upload your valid ID, either photographed or scanned.
NOTE: You must use the same Id that was used for identity verification.
